Athletics day.We W

   Kia ora Yesterday we had athletics day. It was really cool. We had 16 minute of each station. And  their was high jump. And you had to go right around the pole and do siciors leg.

We also did discos was really cool to do as well. It is when you got to put the discos in your palm
 and then through it the  fairest.

 And we also had to do long jump. That was my favourite one because i like to run . So their was a red line that you wern’t aloud to stand on well you are running on. And how ever goes the fairest wins.

We also had a sack race and that was also really awesome the beat part was failling when you in the sack. You had to jump into your sack and jump till you get to the end of the line.

Before we had to do relase we did our house chants the houses were Waiomio and that is the house that I am in and their was also Taumarere, Ngapipito and Tirohanga. Then we had our relase we grouped up into our houses and we went from year 1 to year 8.

This week we have I been practicing our play. And we have a,assembly on Friday. And on that day we are going to performing it in front of our hole school.

Heading to nationals👍🏻

On Saturday the 18th of November, Kawakawa primary went to whangare to go and perform. Because we were in regionals and then we made it into nationals in 2019.  And we also came 3rd . We were so proud to make it into the nationals.

Today we finished make our art. it took us a day to make this.
We made it out of card board paper,string and tin foil. It was really fun to make.

Kai ora today i finished of making my Maori Selfie video.
It took me 2days to finish it it was really awsome to do.
ANd i am talking about were i come from and were i live.

Deka Tree.

Hi my name is Oshen. I go to Kawakawa primary school and we had to blog about our deca tree problem. When we first did the problem we went well. But we kept going for 3 days to finish this problem. We could do a table to figure out this problem you could draw, and write.

Today we finished of making some poi's. And the first thing we did is cut our sponge into a circle. Then we did a little circle in the middle, then we put or pleats in the middle of the circle. After that we put plastic bags around our poi.
And we put string & tap around our poi then were are done.
