Fun Run 2019

On Monday we went down town to the train station to go to the UK to go and do our Fun Run. We all were so exited to run to our destination and back. Some of us had a mud fight, and some of us just ran to make t into inter school. The house's were Taumarere, Tirohanga, Waiomio, and last but lot least Ngapipito. The colour for Taumarere was Yellow, the color for Tirohanga was orange, the color for Waiomio, was red, and Ngapipito was blue. It was a fun exiteing day for us all.

Fun run.

On a warm shimmery Monday, we had our fun run. We had to come to our school in our house colors. I came in red because I was in the house color that was red. We walked down to the train station. Then we jumped on a carriage. We went through our town , then we past the Taumarere creek then it took us another 2 minutes to get to the UK. So once we got to the UK we all had to jump of the train and get into our house so we could do our house chants. I also smelt cow poo and sink mud because while we were running we also stooped to have a swim and a mud fight. Then after we finished our house chants we started to get into our races. We started off with our 5 yeas old kids and up wards to the 13 year old people. I was so exhausted because I had to run so much I got tired. Also when we finished we got to play a couple of games before we had to go.

What I did in the weekends.

In the weekends I went to Motatau for a wananga for kapa haka. We had to meet at our school at 5:20 so our teaches and parents can sort out what car we were going to go to Motatau.
Also on Saturday we had Wetbacks, Cornflakes, Rice bubbles, porridge, and also some spaghetti.  Also I had some spaghetti with a toast for my breakfast also it was so nice. Then we did some practicing for Kapa-Haka. Then we had 2 brakes to have a stretch or legs, arms, and also more.
Then we had dinner after our last break. The dinner we had was so nice because we had chicken, Spaghetti bollinase with mash potatoes.

Final launch

A couple of weeks ago we were launching our rockets and it was very fun. We all got to launch our rockets and we had to be in groups of 5's and 4's. Some went low, some went high, some went diagonal and some went horizontal. Also we made the rocket out of a 1.5 liter bottle, made the fins out of cardboard, plastic and more. We also had to make a para shoot to put in our bottle so it could land safe. We also made the para shoot out of a sheet and it had to be the same size as your ruler.
And it was also cool to launch.

Weekly 3 Term 2
